Wrap ugly plastic pot in moss to diguise.
Place carefully into base of a tall glass bell jar or the such on top of a layer of drainage material. We have used a tall hurricane lamp.
When plopping said plant down oh-so-carefully, take care not to schmear dirt down the sides like I did about oh, a million times, grrrrrrr, as you need the glass sparkly clean.
Fill around top of orchid for aesthic purposes only, or don't if you prefer.
Add a trio of dancing butterflies to add movement and interest. If you own the odd fake centipede or beetle, use it now to great effect!
Place where people can peer through the glass and admire and ask if it is real.
